Elevation Group is a luxury real estate brand, serving the Phoenix Metropolitan area. A main challenge the company faced was the amount of time required to stay current on the listings market and communicate with sellers who had been unable to sell their homes. Their process involved a lot of manual research and content creation, that was taking away from time they wanted to spend working with clients. MoFlo implemented a custom solution to replace the manual effort to complete the majority of the tasks and delivered a massive reduction in required effort from the Elevation Group team, to complete their proven lead generation process.

Challenge:

Elevation Group has a reputation for superior representation of luxury real estate and frequently receives requests from clients, who have failed to complete the sale of their properties with other representation. However the process of locating and communicating with these clients was time-consuming. Having identified a client who had failed to sell their property, Elevation Group would collate all of the listing information, write a personal letter to the client explaining why it might be time to engage with the leader in luxury real estate sales for the area and then engage. However, this process took in excess of 30 minutes per letter to begin the process. In the event that there was an average of 5-10 of these letters needed each day, it would occupy 2 to 5 hours of a team member’s time to complete this critical process.

Solution:

With the MoLetters solution, the Elevation Group team could trust MoFlo to identify the potential clients, research their listing details, construct a professional-level introduction letter(specific to the property being discussed) and then provide a pdf of the completed letters to the agent’s email every morning. By simply printing the letter and mailing, MoFlo had replaced hours of tedious manual work and allowed Elevation Group members to do what they do best!
