Like most companies, they had no easy way of finding their “ideal” potential customers and their contact information.

The manual process of researching custom home builders, realtors, HOAs, etc. was a task that no-one on the team had enough time to continually address. The challenge was to build a targeted list of “ideal” potential customers and referral sources that could deliver quality leads to the sales team on an ongoing basis.

Solution:

Bee Cave Drilling deployed MoLeads from MoFlo to address this issue. The solution identifies specific businesses within their coverage area that are operating within specific industries and job roles. Once identified, the MoLeads AI agent begins to build a database of the identified contacts and then works to fill in all of the gaps in the contact information. Once it has isolated the name of the company, it seeks the company URL, decision makers, phone numbers, URL and email addresses. Once a complete contact database is constructed for a specific target, MoLeads then provides a spreadsheet to the client of all contact information that can be easily imported into the Bee Cave Drilling CRM, for marketing purposes.
