Role Overview

Support recruitment efforts and HR operations to build MoFlo's growing team while developing employee engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for various MoFlo positions

  • Manage intern recruitment and onboarding processes

  • Create job descriptions, interview guides, and assessment criteria

  • Develop employee handbook and HR policy documentation

  • Support culture building and team engagement initiatives

Ideal Candidate

  • Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or related major

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Understanding of recruitment best practices and employment law

  • Organizational skills for managing complex hiring processes

  • Interest in people operations, culture building, and talent development
