Role Overview
Support recruitment efforts and HR operations to build MoFlo's growing team while developing employee engagement programs.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for various MoFlo positions
Manage intern recruitment and onboarding processes
Create job descriptions, interview guides, and assessment criteria
Develop employee handbook and HR policy documentation
Support culture building and team engagement initiatives
Ideal Candidate
Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or related major
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Understanding of recruitment best practices and employment law
Organizational skills for managing complex hiring processes
