The Spark
Nathan and Tristan spend Christmas in England, discussing AI implementation, market trends, and the potential impacts for businesses of all sizes and across all industries.
Large companies collectively captured nearly 90% of U.S. investments in AI in 2024.
Simultaneously, small businesses, which make up 99.99% of all businesses in the U.S., captured only a sliver.
The idea is formed with a mission to bring enterprise-grade AI tools to small businesses at a fraction of the cost.
The vision to democratize AI is now in full effect.

MoFlo is born; incorporated as a business in Las Vegas, Nevada.

MoFlo saw steady revenue growth month over month, with demand expanding as more businesses seek practical, affordable AI solutions. This growth provided the foundation to raise external capital that allows MoFlo to scale even faster.
MoFlo successfully closed its first round of funding. This milestone reflects both strong investor confidence and the tangible results MoFlo had delivered to its clients since launching earlier this year.

The Getaway
MoFlo turned an idea into an experience. We brought together 9 interns from across the country to live together for a month in the Poconos Mountains.
The mission? Build, learn, and grow—together.
The MoFlo Internship House wasn’t just about work—it was about creating an environment where creativity and collaboration could thrive. Each day was a mix of heads-down focus on building MoFlo’s future and team experiences that bonded us far beyond a normal internship.
Daytime Grind: From morning stand-ups to late-night brainstorms, the team worked relentlessly to refine solutions, tackle challenges, and push MoFlo forward.
Team Adventures: When we closed the laptops, we hit the outdoors—kayaking, fishing, pickleball, football, frisbee, karaoke, and eating out became regular parts of our week.
For our interns, it was more than a resume line—it was a crash course in startups, teamwork, and personal growth. We believe innovation happens when people come together with purpose and energy. The Internship House captured that spirit.
The Test
MoFlo officially launched its Beta program for both current and new clients, rolling out the first two apps on the MoFlo Cloud platform: MoSocial and MoLetters.
The response has been clear—it works, and people are using it. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with clients reporting time savings, smoother workflows, and real results within hours of onboarding.
Launching this beta represents the next phase in MoFlo’s journey: giving small businesses enterprise-level automation in a simple, affordable package.
Early participants will help shape the roadmap as the platform expands with more apps and deeper integrations.
