This Privacy Policy is subject to our MoFlo Terms of Service. Any capitalized terms used but not defined in this Privacy Policy will have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms of Service.
This Privacy Policy describes the practices of MoFlo, Inc. regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of user data when providing our Services to users located within the United States who access or use the MoFlo Cloud Platform and related AI-powered solutions, including MoSocial, MoMail, MoLetters, MoBlogs, MoLeads, and MoClicks.
WE WILL NEVER SELL OR RENT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION OR CUSTOMER CONTENT UPLOADED TO THE SERVICE FOR COMMERCIAL GAIN TO THIRD PARTIES.

6. AI Transparency and Data Use
Our AI-powered systems process user-provided data inputs (“Input Data”) to generate content, including but not limited to emails, social posts, and blog content (“Generated Content”). MoFlo processes all Input Data using commercially reasonable security measures consistent with industry standards.
MoFlo will not:
(a) use customer Input Data or Generated Content to train any third-party AI models or systems;
(b) sell, license, or transfer customer proprietary business data to third parties; or
(c) share customer data outside MoFlo’s direct operation control without your prior written consent, except as required by law or court order.
7. Sharing of Information
We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. We do not analyze or access the content of data you upload to create such aggregated information unless explicitly authorized by you.
We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this Privacy Policy:
(1) to our subsidiaries;
(2) to contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business, such as our payment processors or our subprocessors who host the data or provide related services;

While we strive to protect all data, no website, mobile application, system, electronic storage, or online service can be 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal data transmitted to, through using, or in connection with the Services. In particular, email, texts, and chats sent to or from the Services may not be secure, and you should carefully decide what information you send to us via such communications channels.
Any transmission of personal data is at your own risk, and MoFlo shall not be liable for any security breaches or unauthorized access that occurs despite our reasonable security measures.

Advertising, marketing, cookies, and other tracking technologies choices:
Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies or other tracking technology files, or to alert you when these files are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies or similar tracking files, some Services features may be inaccessible or not function properly.

The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act protects the online privacy of children under 13 years of age and California residents under 16 years of age may have additional rights regarding their information.
