2.3.7

Smarter Scheduling, Cleaner Blog Voice & Crop Fixes

Blog publish failures are now visible and recoverable, best-time-to-post suggestions are smarter about avoiding conflicts, and we fixed a batch of image-cropping, persona, and blog-writing bugs.

MoBlogs, MoSocial, Personas, Dashboard

New Features

  • Blog publish failure indicator — If a scheduled blog fails to publish, it now moves back to Drafts with a visible error icon (hover to see why) so you can fix the issue and try again, instead of the post silently disappearing.

Improvements

  • Best-time-to-post suggestions — Suggested times for MoBlogs and MoSocial now avoid days that already have something scheduled, spread suggestions across the week, and only overlap existing posts as a last resort when the whole week is booked.

  • Blog writing voice — Blog paragraphs now default to standard multi-sentence structure for readability, even when a persona's writing samples are formatted as short, punchy one-liners.

  • AI image generation — Brand colors and fonts are now applied purely as styling guidance, preventing hex codes or font names from accidentally appearing as visible text in generated images.

  • Persona generation reliability — Persona writing and visual generation now automatically retry on temporary AI service hiccups instead of failing outright.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where downloading a blog as a Word document (.docx) didn't work correctly.

  • Fixed the MoSocial post edit modal showing the wrong image crop preview.

  • Fixed an issue where some MoSocial posts weren't logging the correct failure reason.

  • Fixed duplicate images occasionally appearing in generated image results.

  • Fixed a bug affecting custom personas.

Version:

2.3.6

Timezone Fixes for Scheduling & Signup Reliability

Suggested posting times now correctly match your company's timezone across MoSocial and MoBlogs, and we've shored up signup and MoReviews connection reliability.

MoSocial, MoBlogs, MoReviews, Signup, Personas, Settings

Improvements

  • Suggested posting times — Best-time suggestions in MoSocial and MoBlogs (including the schedule modal and edit-post/edit-blog screens) now correctly reflect your company's timezone instead of mismatching between backend and frontend, so suggested slots no longer show incorrect or already-passed times.

  • MoReviews connection detection — Fixed connection status checks so accounts with multiple linked profiles are detected correctly, and scheduled MoReviews posts are now included in automated cron reconciliation alongside blogs, emails, and social posts.

  • Signup flow — Improved reliability of the payment step, including automatic recovery from failed loads and clearer handling when a trial vs. paid intent needs to be reconciled mid-signup.

  • Content idea suggestions — Suggested post/prompt ideas are now more concise and consistently phrased.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where blog scheduling times could be off due to a timezone mismatch between backend and frontend.

  • Fixed a signup patch that could cause step progression issues.

  • Fixed MoReviews connection flags that could show incorrect connection status.

  • Fixed an internal Slack automation error that could occur outside its intended environment.

  • Adjusted AI prompting to work correctly with the newer Gemini model.

Version:

2.3.5

Library-Powered Content & Custom Visual Styles

MoSocial, MoBlogs, and MoMail can now draw on documents and images you've uploaded to your Library for smarter, more grounded content, and you can build fully custom brand Styles the same way you build Writers. Plus a batch of dashboard, editor, and settings reliability improvements.

MoSocial, MoBlogs, MoMail, Personas, Knowledge Base, Library, Dashboard, Settings

New Features

  • Library Context (RAG) — Upload PDFs, spreadsheets, and images to your Library, and turn on "Library Context" in Settings for MoSocial, MoBlogs, or MoMail so generated content can reference that material as background knowledge.

  • Custom Visual Personas (Styles) — Build your own brand Style from scratch, the same way you build Writers: describe the look you want, upload reference images, and nudge the AI toward the exact aesthetic before saving.

  • AI-generated persona photos — Give any Writer persona an AI-generated profile picture, or upload your own, right from the persona editor.

  • Fact Pack alignment toggle (MoSocial) — A new setting to keep AI-written captions grounded in your verified business facts.

Improvements

  • Dashboard "building" screen — Now only waits on content for the apps you actually subscribe to, so accounts without MoSocial, MoMail, or MoBlogs are no longer stuck on a loading state that never finishes.

  • Dashboard score popover — The per-app score breakdown no longer gets clipped by nearby cards; it now floats cleanly above the page.

  • Writer & Style creation — Voice/style generation can ground itself with a live web search for more distinctive, less repetitive results.

  • MoSocial caption step — Caption cards now display in a two-column layout with hover-to-expand for easier comparison.

  • Content editors (MoSocial, MoBlogs, MoMail) — Links inside generated content now show a hint and open with Cmd/Ctrl+Click instead of accidentally navigating away.

  • MoBlogs & MoMail generation — When AI generation falls back to a general web search instead of your Library context, you'll now see a clear note under the input bar.

  • Library — Image thumbnails now display as squares/rectangles for a cleaner grid, and a new "documents" filter makes it easier to browse uploaded files.

  • Settings toggles — MoSocial, MoBlogs, and MoMail toggles (internal links, Library Context, etc.) now save reliably and default to off until switched on.

  • Repurpose button — Hidden on the final preview step across MoSocial, MoBlogs, and MoMail to avoid confusion after content is finalized.

  • Knowledge Base editing — Brand identity, offerings, key people, and logo edits are now blocked while a knowledge crawl is actively building, preventing conflicting writes.

Fixes

  • Fixed several settings toggles not saving correctly, including internal links and MoReviews reply settings.

  • Fixed a missing notification for Follow Up Boss exports.

  • Fixed a sync bug affecting WordPress-connected blogs.

  • Fixed images sometimes not appearing in the daily summary email for scheduled posts.

  • Fixed a subscription-switching bug where apps could briefly lose scheduled posting when moving between individual plans and the bundle.

  • Fixed image captions being dropped during document processing.

Version:

2.3.4

MoReviews Gets Its Own Look, Personas & Library Images

MoReviews now has its own visual identity, writing/visual personas, and shows its generated images in the Library. Plus smarter photo replacement in MoSocial, live post-status updates, and cleaner AI-generated source links.

MoReviews, MoSocial, Library, Personas, MoBlogs, MoMail, Settings, Integrations

New Features

  • MoReviews personasFlo-generated writing and visual personas now cover MoReviews alongside MoSocial, MoBlogs, and MoMail, so review replies get their own on-brand voice and imagery defaults, including dedicated review-reply topics and testimonial-style visual themes.

  • MoReviews images in the Library — Images generated for MoReviews now appear in your Library alongside MoSocial, MoBlogs, and MoMail images.

Improvements

  • MoSocial photo replacement — Replacing a post's image now automatically applies the same centered-square crop used when creating a post, and the edit preview shows exactly what will be published (true WYSIWYG) instead of a generic full-frame preview.

  • MoSocial & MoBlogs image loading — Fixed an issue where signed image URLs could silently fail to load when reading dimensions, which was breaking crop previews.

  • MoSocial post status — Posts stuck in "publishing" now automatically refresh to show their final status (posted, partial, or failed) without needing a manual page refresh.

  • MoSocial image cropping — Added extra safeguards so cropped images stay within platform requirements.

  • MoReviews reply feed — Cleaner, more compact styling for the review sidebar, with better-aligned thumbnails, timestamps, and preview text.

  • MoReviews icon — Updated to a clearer, more polished icon.

  • AI-generated source links (MoSocial, MoBlogs, MoMail) — Cited sources in AI-generated captions, blogs, and emails are now resolved to their real destination URL instead of showing opaque redirect links, and the AI is instructed to never cite a competitor's website — sticking to neutral, authoritative sources, or leaving out a link if none apply.

  • Settings topic labels — Fixed a mismatch in MoSocial's "Feed" content topic value so it saves and displays correctly.

  • Constant Contact login — Users are now prompted to log back in when reconnecting Constant Contact, avoiding stale-session issues.

Fixes

  • Fixed a bug where the Library summary was querying MoReviews posts incorrectly, which could cause the review post count and image totals to be wrong.

  • Fixed the Posts page failing to correctly display posts that were only partially published.

  • Fixed an issue where changes to a post could silently fail to save.

  • Fixed the outdated MoReviews app icon showing an inconsistent design.

Version:

2.3.3

Signup Reliability Fixes

Fixed a signup checkout issue where the confirm button could silently do nothing, and cleaned up display name formatting across the app.

Settings, Dashboard

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue during signup where the confirm/pay button could appear active but do nothing if your plan details failed to load. The page now shows a clear "couldn't load your plan" message with a retry option, and the button stays disabled until a plan is properly loaded.

  • Fixed inconsistent app name formatting in the sidebar and layout (e.g. "Business Bundle") by consolidating display names into a single shared source.

Version:

2.3.2

MoSocial Comment Privacy Fix

This release fixes an issue where users on multiple companies could see comment and response data from the wrong company in MoSocial.

MoSocial

Fixes

  • MoSocial comments & responses — Fixed a data-scoping issue where users belonging to more than one company could see or act on comments, replies, and pending responses from a company other than the one they currently had active. Comment syncing, replying, and dismissing now always apply to your currently active company.

Version:

You have questions. We have answers.

What exactly does MoFlo do for my business?

MoFlo is an AI growth platform that creates and manages your marketing for you — social posts, email campaigns, blog articles, and review responses — through four apps: MoSocial, MoMail, MoBlogs, and MoReviews. Flo, MoFlo's AI, learns your business and generates content that's ready to review and publish, so marketing takes minutes a day instead of hours.

Do I need to be a marketer to use MoFlo?

No — MoFlo is built for business owners and small teams in industries like real estate, insurance, trades, and franchises who don't have time to run marketing. Content arrives already drafted; your job is to judge whether it sounds like you, not to write it.

How much does MoFlo cost?

Individual apps start at $79/mo, and the Business Bundle gives you every app on the platform for $299/mo — roughly the price of two apps. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, no long-term contract, cancel anytime.

How is MoFlo different from tools like ChatGPT or a scheduling app?

Generic AI tools give you a blank prompt box; schedulers just queue what you wrote. MoFlo combines both and adds the missing piece: FloGen proactively generates on-brand content from your business knowledge, and Brand Power scores every piece 0–100 so you know it's on-brand before it goes out. You approve, MoFlo publishes directly to your connected accounts.

Which platforms does MoFlo connect to?

MoSocial publishes to Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok; MoMail connects to Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, and Follow Up Boss; MoBlogs publishes straight to WordPress; and Google Drive imports your existing files into your Library. Most integrations take under 30 seconds to connect.

How long does it take to get started?

Minutes. You sign up, tell Flo about your business, connect your accounts, and FloGen starts preparing content immediately — many users have their first posts ready the same day.

Ready to Grow Your Business?

Find out how MoFlo’s AI can take the work off your plate and power your business growth.

Do I need to be a marketer to use MoFlo?

No — MoFlo is built for business owners and small teams in industries like real estate, insurance, trades, and franchises who don't have time to run marketing. Content arrives already drafted; your job is to judge whether it sounds like you, not to write it.
