No. Flo drafts a reply for every incoming review in your brand's voice, but nothing is published until you approve it. You review, edit if needed, and publish with one click.
Can I edit Flo's drafted replies before publishing?
Yes. Every draft is fully editable before it goes live. You can rewrite any part of the reply or discard it and write your own.
Does MoFlo work with Google Business Posts?
Yes. MoReviews lets you create and publish Google Business posts — updates, offers, and events — directly from inside MoFlo. Flo can draft post content for you on a schedule, or you can write and publish manually from the MoReviews Create page.
What does the profile optimizer do?
