How do I connect Instagram to MoFlo?
From inside MoSocial, click "Connect a platform" and choose Instagram. You will authorize through your connected Facebook Page using Meta's secure login. The whole process takes about five minutes if your account is already a Business or Creator account.
Does MoFlo work with personal Instagram accounts?
No. Meta's API only allows third-party tools to publish to Instagram Business and Creator accounts. The good news is conversion is free and takes under two minutes inside the Instagram app.
Does MoFlo post to Instagram Reels or Stories?
Not at this time. The Instagram integration supports image posts, multi-image carousels, and feed videos.
Can I connect multiple Instagram accounts?
Not at this time. MoSocial supports one Instagram Business account per MoFlo Cloud account.
Does Flo generate videos for Instagram?
Flo generates images, not videos. You can upload your own photos and videos to attach to any post.
Will Flo post without my approval?
No. Flo drafts content for your review. You can edit, schedule, publish, or have Flo schedule for you. Auto-publish without review is not the default behavior.
Can I turn off Flo's daily drafts?
Yes. Configure topics, change settings by day of the week, turn off specific days, or turn the daily drafting off entirely. You can still create posts manually on the MoSocial Create page any time.
