AI marketing for email, SMS and lifecycle agencies and their clients
Your agency owns the inbox and the text thread: flows, campaigns, segments and deliverability. Clients judge the program by the list, and much of the list starts outside the inbox, in the posts, blogs and reviews where people first see the signup. MoFlo drafts those channels for every client and drafts campaign emails too, so the retainer covers the whole path to the signup.
MoFlo drafts email, not text messages, so the SMS side stays in the tools you already run.
Everything that feeds the list.
Where do a client's new subscribers come from?
An email and lifecycle agency running programs for a client roster and an email marketing specialist building campaigns for a few clients both live by list growth and engagement. One has strategists on the program, and the other writes every send. Pick yours.
Lifecycle agency use cases
Four jobs Flo runs around a client's email program.
Campaign Email Drafts
Newsletters and promotions drafted from each client's offers.
List-Building Posts
Social posts that point people to the signup.
Articles For Every Send
Blogs that give each newsletter something to say.
Reputation Replies
Answered reviews that back up what the emails promise.
Other agencies and marketing services firms we set up differently
Email is the owned channel. Social and outbound agencies feed it from other directions.
Marketing by company size
The same platform, framed by how many offices and people your firm runs, not by which channel you sell clients.
You have questions. We have answers.
What comes up on the first call with an email agency.
Does MoFlo replace our email platform?
No. MoMail drafts each campaign and, once approved, sends it through the client's connected platform, such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact or HubSpot. Flows, segments and deliverability stay in the tools you run.
Does it send texts?
No. MoFlo drafts email, social posts, blogs and review replies. SMS stays in your texting platform.
Who is liable for a CAN-SPAM violation?
The FTC says both the company promoted and the company that sends the message may be held legally responsible, with penalties up to $53,088 per email. Opt-outs must be honored within 10 business days. Approve every draft with that in mind.
Can it draft for franchise clients' local lists?
Yes. A franchise client is one brand with locations underneath, each with its own settings, so a location's email can carry its own hours and offers.
