AI marketing for PR, reputation and communications firms and their clients
PR wins the placement and reputation work protects it. Between the two sits the daily layer clients often do not staff: the review reply, the follow-up post, the article that gives a journalist something to cite. With MoFlo, Flo drafts that layer for every client, location by location for franchise brands, and your team approves every public word.
Owned and earned now overlap. The article a client publishes is one a journalist or an AI summary can cite.
Every public word, approved.
Who answers for a client between placements?
A PR network with offices in several markets, a PR and reputation firm with one or two offices and an independent publicist all answer for how a client looks in public. The network worries about hundreds of locations, the publicist about the week after a placement. Pick yours.

You have questions. We have answers.
What comes up on the first call with a PR or reputation firm.
What does the FTC review rule mean for reputation work?
Since October 21, 2024, the FTC's rule at 16 CFR Part 465 bans fake reviews, paying for reviews of a particular sentiment, and using threats or intimidation to suppress negative ones, with penalties up to $53,088 per violation. Replying to every review, good or bad, is fine, and that is what MoReviews drafts.
Does MoFlo pitch journalists?
No. Media relations stay with your team. MoFlo covers the client's owned channels and review replies.
How are PR agencies using AI?
Mostly for first drafts of routine work. In MoFlo that means review replies, coverage posts and owned articles drafted from each client's Knowledge base, while pitching, media relations and crisis calls stay with people.
Can franchise clients' reviews be handled by location?
Yes. Each location sits under the brand with its own settings, so replies speak for the location that earned the review.
