AI marketing for neighborhood gyms
Your members know the owner, the coaches and each other. That is why they stay, and why the big-box gym down the road cannot copy you. Flo shows new members what they are missing and checks in on the regulars who have gone quiet.
An independent gym sells community. It is hard to see from outside, so new members need to see real people training there before they walk in.
The community, shown.
A real community, invisible from the street
Members stay because the coach knows their name and the six a.m. crowd notices when they skip. Someone thinking about joining sees a low-cost chain with a big sign and a cheap price, and never learns what your gym is like inside.

What MoFlo accounts in other industries have measured
Other fitness and wellness businesses we set up differently
A chain with clubs in several markets runs a different setup, so it does not get this page.
Marketing by company size

You have questions. We have answers.
The five that come up before a neighborhood gym signs.
How do we compete with low-cost chains?
Not on price. Show the coaching, the community and the people. Members who want to be known by name pay more for it, and they stay longer.
What are the rules on gym contracts?
They are set by your state. In Nevada, health club contracts cannot automatically renew, buyers can cancel within 3 business days and clubs must register and post security before advertising. Your Knowledge base holds your state's rules.
How do we get members to post?
Ask them to tag the gym, and share their milestones with permission. Real members are far more convincing than stock photos.
What should we send new members?
A welcome, an invitation to a class or intro session, and a check-in at two to three weeks. It is the cheapest way a gym has to stay in touch with members.
What does it cost?
MoMail is $79/mo and MoReviews $99/mo. MoSocial and MoBlogs are $149/mo each, and all four together are $299/mo, free for a week and no contract. Most gyms start with MoMail, since the check-in on quiet members is where cancellations are stopped.
