AI marketing for urgent care providers
Nine in ten emergency department visits end with the patient going home again. A lot of those people would rather have come to you and did not know the difference.
Your competitor is not the clinic down the road. It is a hospital entrance that everybody already knows how to find.
Written for a decision made in ten minutes.
Which urgent care business are you?
A chain running clinics across several markets and an independent clinic compete for the same ten-minute decision with completely different resources. Pick the one that matches what you run.
Urgent care use cases
Four jobs the platform runs on an urgent care account, all aimed at the moment somebody decides where to go.
Draw The Line Clearly
What belongs here and what belongs in an emergency department, stated plainly.
Publish Hours And Waits
The two facts that decide the visit, kept current, not aspirational.
Own The Symptom Search
The complaint somebody types at nine at night before they get in the car.
Replies That Name Nobody
A review answered without confirming anyone was ever a patient here.
Other medical and dental practices we set up differently
Urgent care sits next to the other practices chosen on how fast somebody can be seen.
Marketing by company size
The same platform, framed by how many locations you run, not by what you treat.
You have questions. We have answers.
What comes up on the first call with an urgent care.
What actually decides where somebody goes?
Hours, distance and perceived wait, in that order, decided in about ten minutes on a phone. Clinical quality does not enter into it at that stage, which is uncomfortable and worth designing around.
Should we tell people when to go to the ER instead?
Yes, and it is the strongest content you can publish. A clinic that is explicit about chest pain and stroke symptoms is trusted on everything else, and it stops you being the wrong first stop for something serious.
Is the emergency department really our competition?
Largely. Only 11.5% of emergency visits ended in admission in 2022 and the mean wait to be seen was over half an hour, so most of those visits did not end in a hospital admission.
Our reviews are all about waiting.
Which is the nature of the format, not a failing. Publishing honest wait expectations in advance changes the review from a betrayal into an inconvenience somebody had already accepted.
