AI marketing for in-home boarders
You board a few dogs in your own home, and many owners choose you because it is not a kennel. They want to see the couch, the yard and the other dogs their dog will meet. Flo drafts the updates, availability posts and review replies in your voice, so owners feel they know the home before they drop off.
An in-home boarder sells a home, not a facility. The owners who book are the ones who can picture their dog in it.
A home, shown honestly.
A few dogs, a calendar that fills fast
You can take only a few dogs at a time, so holiday weeks fill with regulars and new owners get turned away. The rest of the year, availability is a guess. Owners who find you through an app never learn your own name.
Availability Unclear
Owners unsure which dates you have open.
App Dependence
Clients who know the platform but not you.
Home Unseen
Owners who cannot picture where their dog will stay.
Updates Late
Photos sent after the owner has already worried.
Four apps, one home, a booked calendar
Flo learns your voice from what you approve, so the updates sound like you.

What MoFlo accounts in other industries have measured
Other pet care businesses we set up differently
A kennel with staff and a pet resort chain run different setups, so they do not get this page.
Marketing by company size
The same platform, framed by how many locations, vans or routes you run, not by which animals you care for.
You have questions. We have answers.
The five that come up before an in-home boarder signs.
How do I get clients outside the apps?
Give them a reason to book you directly. A page with your home, your routine and your rates, and a note to every past client when dates open, builds a list you own.
Is there a limit on how many dogs I can board?
Local rules vary. Nevada law treats a place with at least 10 unaltered dogs six months or older as a kennel, and Arizona law counts five or more dogs, so check your county before you grow.
Should I post other dogs staying with me?
With their owners' permission. Photos of dogs playing together show new owners what a stay looks like.
How do I say no to a dog that is not a fit?
Kindly, and before booking. A page on the dogs you can take, by size and temperament, lets owners see the fit themselves.
What does it cost an in-home boarder?
MoMail is $79/mo and MoReviews $99/mo. MoSocial and MoBlogs are $149/mo each, and all four together are $299/mo, free for a week and no contract. For a boarder building a direct client list, MoMail is a good first app.
