AI marketing for consultants and coaches
Nobody licenses this work, which means your only credential is what you have published. It also means the earnings claims your competitors make are the FTC's business, not a competitive standard you have to match.
An unregulated profession sorts itself by who looks credible, and looking credible is a content problem rather than a certification one.
Written for a field with no license.
Which consulting business are you?
A coaching network with a roster of coaches, a consulting firm with consultants on payroll, and a fractional executive working alone sell expertise in three incompatible ways. Pick the one that matches what you run.
Consulting and coaching use cases
Four jobs the platform runs on a consulting account, in a field where publishing is the qualification.
Publish The Thinking
Your actual method, which is the only credential available in an unlicensed field.
Results Without Claims
Outcome content that does not promise earnings, which is where the trouble is.
Work The Slow Pipeline
Engagements that take months to close, with nothing in between.
Replies In Your Voice
Reviews answered as the person clients are actually buying.
Other professional services firms we set up differently
Consulting sits next to the other practices selling judgment with no license attached to it.
Marketing by company size
The same platform, framed by how many people bill, not by what you advise on.
You have questions. We have answers.
What comes up on the first call with a consultant or coach.
How careful do I have to be about results claims?
More careful than most of this industry is. The FTC put over a thousand businesses on formal notice in 2021 that false money-making claims carry civil penalty exposure, and it refunded $2.4 million to people harmed by one coaching program's earnings claims in 2024.
So can I mention client outcomes at all?
Yes, if they are real, substantiated and not presented as what a typical client should expect. The problem has never been describing results. It is implying that an unusual one is normal, which is precisely the pattern the FTC named.
There is no license in my field. Does that hurt?
It cuts both ways. Anybody can call themselves a consultant, so the market sorts on visible credibility instead, and a consistent body of published thinking gives a buyer something to read that a certificate does not.
My sales cycle is six months.
Which makes consistency the whole strategy. A prospect who has been reading you since March signs in September. One who finds you in September gets three emails and goes quiet.
