AI marketing for healthtech businesses
In 2024, about 9 in 10 US hospitals let patients reach their health information through an API. Much of the plumbing for digital health is built. What healthtech companies compete on now is trust from clinicians, administrators and patients, and Flo drafts the plain, careful content each of those readers looks for.
Healthtech buyers are skeptical by training. Clinicians want evidence, administrators want workflow and cost, and patients want to know their data is safe.
Careful enough for clinicians.
What kind of healthtech business are you?
A healthtech company building software for patients, providers or payers sells into one of the most careful markets there is. That is the page below.
Healthtech use cases
Four jobs the platform runs on a healthtech account, all reviewed before they publish.
Clinician Content
Evidence and workflow, written for people who read studies.
Patient Explainers
How the product works and how data is handled, in plain words.
Integration Posts
Which EHRs and systems you connect to, and how.
Outcome Stories
Results from partner sites, told with permission.
Other software and startup businesses we set up differently
Healthtech sits next to the other software businesses selling into regulated markets.
Marketing by company size
The same platform, framed by how many products, brands or portfolio companies you run, not by what the software does.
You have questions. We have answers.
What comes up on the first call with a healthtech business.
Can the drafts make clinical claims?
Only the ones your approved evidence supports. Claims come from your Knowledge base, and nothing publishes until it is approved, so a clinical or regulatory reviewer can check it first.
What rules apply to health apps outside HIPAA?
The FTC's Health Breach Notification Rule, as amended in 2024, applies to health apps and similar technologies not covered by HIPAA. Breach notices are a legal matter, and marketing copy should never promise more privacy than your policy does.
Who should the content speak to?
Pick the buyer for each piece. A clinician, a practice manager and a patient need different words for the same product.
Can we mention partner hospitals?
Only with their written permission. Many health systems have strict rules on how vendors use their names.
