AI marketing for personal trainers
There is no state license for personal trainers, so anyone can say they are one. The clients worth having can tell the difference, but only if you show it. Flo writes the proof: the method, the results and the person.
Personal training sells a relationship and an outcome. Clients stay for years with a trainer they trust, and they refer people who look like them.
Written for the client who wants proof.
Which kind of trainer are you?
A private training studio with a few trainers and a trainer working independently both sell the same thing: a person the client trusts with their body. Pick yours.
Personal training use cases
Four jobs the platform runs on a training account, most of them about showing what a stranger cannot see from outside.
Show The Method
How you assess, program and progress a client, written plainly.
Real Results
Client stories, shared with permission, without impossible promises.
The Consult
What a first session looks like, so the hesitant book it.
Keep Them Training
Check-ins when a client skips, before they drift.
Other fitness and wellness businesses we set up differently
Personal training sits next to the other fitness businesses built on one-to-one trust.
Marketing by company size
The same platform, framed by how many chairs, rooms or locations you run, not by the service you offer.
You have questions. We have answers.
What comes up on the first call with a personal trainer.
Do personal trainers need a license?
No state licenses them. BLS notes that trainers usually must be certified before working with clients, which is an employer and industry expectation, not a state requirement. Listing your certification and experience separates you from anyone who just decided to call themselves a trainer.
Can we post client transformations?
With written permission, and with care. FTC guidance expects results in testimonials to be typical, or the ad to state clearly what clients generally achieve, so a dramatic before and after needs that context.
How do we get new clients?
Show how you work. A clear explanation of your assessment, a few honest client stories and an easy way to book a consult give people who are ready to commit a clear first step.
How do we keep clients?
Notice when they slip. A check-in after a missed session or a quiet week shows a client you noticed, which a discount on renewal does not.
