AI marketing for video creators and YouTubers
84% of US adults used YouTube in 2025, more than any other platform Pew measured, and every one of them arrived at a video from somewhere: a search, a recommendation, a post. Flo writes the descriptions, community posts, cross-platform captions and email that give each upload more ways to be found than the upload alone.
A channel's first 1,000 subscribers are often the hardest, and they are also part of the threshold YouTube sets before a channel can join its full Partner Program.
Each upload, found more than one way.
Which kind of video creator are you?
A multi-channel network managing many channels, a video studio producing channels for brands and creators, and a YouTuber running one channel all live on the upload calendar. Pick yours.
Video creator use cases
Four jobs the platform runs on a video account, all built around uploads you have already made.
Upload Posts
Each new video announced on the other five networks, with a caption written for each.
Video Pages
A blog page per video with the key points, for people who search rather than scroll.
Series Posts
Related videos promoted together as a set, so a viewer watches the next one.
Subscriber Email
New uploads and behind the scenes notes to people who asked for them.
Other creator and media businesses we set up differently
Video creators sit next to podcasters who now film their shows and streamers who publish live.
Marketing by company size
The same platform, framed by how many shows, channels or clients you run, not by the medium you publish in.
You have questions. We have answers.
What comes up on the first call with a video creator.
YouTube recommends my videos. Why post elsewhere?
Because recommendations often favor viewers who already watch. A post on Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn reaches people who have never seen your channel, and some of them subscribe.
Do I need to disclose sponsors in every post?
When the post promotes something you were paid or given, yes. The FTC's endorsement guides call for a clear and conspicuous disclosure of material connections, and its influencer guidance says terms like ad and sponsored work.
Is a blog useful for a YouTube channel?
For search, yes. A page per video with its key points is found by people who type a question instead of watching, and it links them to the video.
What about YouTube's 2027 Partner Program changes?
YouTube says updates to the program begin 1 February 2027. Drafts will not describe monetization terms, so nothing in your posts depends on them.
