AI marketing for entertainment agencies
You sell a roster: the DJs, bands, emcees and acts you can put in a room on a given Saturday. Clients book the act, but they call the agency they trust to send a good one. Flo writes performer spotlights, event recaps and planner newsletters that show the roster at work, under the agency's name.
Planners and venues book agencies again and again. A roster kept in front of planners is one they can see when a date is short an act.
Every act, under your name.
A full roster, one agency name
Performers market themselves, or do not, and the agency behind them stays out of sight. Planners know the acts but not the agency, clients cannot see who else is free that night, and the roster page still lists a band that stopped playing last spring.
Roster Out Of Date
Acts listed that no longer perform, and new ones missing.
Agency Unseen
Performers known by name, the agency not at all.
Planner Contacts Cooling
Venues and planners who booked once and drifted.
Reviews Scattered
Praise for an act left on the act's own profile.
Four apps, one agency, every act on the roster
Flo drafts under the agency voice, and each performer's details come from the roster.

What MoFlo accounts in other industries have measured
Other event and creative businesses we set up differently
A DJ working alone runs a different setup, so it does not get this page.
Marketing by company size
The same platform, framed by how many shops, studios or crews you run, not by the date on the contract.
You have questions. We have answers.
The five that come up before an entertainment agency signs.
Do we need a license to book talent?
It depends on the state. California requires a talent agency license from the Labor Commissioner to procure engagements for artists, and its definition includes musical artists. Nevada has no talent agency statute but licenses employment agencies under NRS 611, and whether that reaches entertainment booking is unsettled. No Arizona statute was found. Confirm with counsel where you book.
Can each act keep its own brand?
Yes. Each act's entry in the Knowledge base holds its name, style and clips, and posts about the act use them, while the agency name stays on every one.
How do we reach planners, not just couples?
Email and LinkedIn. A monthly note to the planners and venue coordinators you work with lists new acts and open dates for when a booking falls through.
Corporate clients plan holiday parties early. When should we start?
Late summer. Many companies choose December entertainment months ahead, and a push in August or September reaches them while they are still choosing.
How are entertainment agencies priced?
MoMail is $79/mo and MoReviews $99/mo. MoSocial and MoBlogs are $149/mo each, and all four together are $299/mo, free for a week and no contract. An agency with a long list of planner contacts usually starts with MoMail.
