AI marketing for DJs and entertainers
Couples hire a DJ on personality: 53% named it a top factor in 2025, and 71% of couples hired one. You are booked for how the room will feel, and a prospect can only judge that from what you post. Flo writes the event recaps, request list posts and quick replies that let people hear you before they book.
DJs, bands, emcees and acts are booked for one night and judged by a room full of guests. The next booking often comes from one of them.

Other event and creative businesses we set up differently
Entertainers sit next to the videographers who film them and the rental companies that build their stage.
Marketing by company size
The same platform, framed by how many shops, studios or crews you run, not by the date on the contract.
You have questions. We have answers.
What comes up on the first call with a DJ or entertainer.
Do I need my own music license to play a wedding?
Usually the venue holds it. ASCAP and BMI both say the public performance license goes to the owner of the business where the music is played, not to the DJ. A private event outside a public setting may not need one at all, so check with the venue.
Can posts show guests dancing?
Crowd shots are part of the job, with the couple's or client's permission. Drafts favor wide shots and leave out close-ups of guests who did not agree.
How do I show what I sound like?
Short clips from the booth, a playlist from a recent event and the songs a couple chose. Prospects want to hear the room, and a caption can say what was happening in it.
Should entertainers post prices?
Many share a starting price or a range. The Knot put average 2025 wedding DJ spend at $1,800, and a range helps a couple decide whether to call.
