AI marketing for videographers
A wedding or event film is sold on a highlight reel of a few minutes, and that reel is the best ad you will ever make. Often it is seen by the client and their guests and no one else. Flo turns each delivered film into posts for the clips you choose, a write-up for the venue and the follow-up that asks for the review.
Wedding and event video is counted with portrait photography in the federal industry codes, and commercial production with film and television. Different buyers, different marketing.
The reel, seen past the client's own share.
Which kind of videographer are you?
A production house selling commercial and branded video to marketing teams, and a freelance videographer filming weddings and events, both sell from a reel. Pick yours.
Video use cases
Four jobs the platform runs on a video account, all of them built from films already delivered.
Reel Cutdowns
Short teasers from each delivered film, captioned for the network they run on.
Project Write Ups
The story behind a shoot, written for the searches clients make.
Package Pages
What each package includes and how long delivery takes.
Delivery Follow Up
The thank-you, the share request and the review ask.
Other event and creative businesses we set up differently
Videographers sit next to the photographers they often share a day with and the DJs who run the room they film.
Marketing by company size
The same platform, framed by how many shops, studios or crews you run, not by the date on the contract.
You have questions. We have answers.
What comes up on the first call with a videographer.
Can I use a popular song in my highlight reel?
Not without licenses. The Copyright Office explains that putting music in a video takes synchronization licenses from both the owner of the song and the owner of the recording. Many videographers use licensed music libraries, and drafts never suggest a track you have not cleared.
Where should the full film live?
Wherever your client wants it, and the teasers go everywhere else. A short cut posted to each network with a link to a write-up on your site puts the work in more places than a single upload.
Do couples book video separately from photography?
Often, and sometimes as a later decision. Content that shows how you work beside a photographer answers the question couples ask when they add video.
What if I cannot show a client's project?
Corporate and private work often carries restrictions. Record them in the Knowledge base, and drafts will describe the job without showing it, or leave it out.
