AI marketing for photographers
Photography is the rare trade where the marketing is the work itself. Couples choosing a photographer in 2025 ranked examples of work above price, 81% to 73%. Flo turns the galleries you already deliver into a posting habit, blog pages clients search for and the email past clients get when it is time for another session.
About two in three US photographer jobs are self-employed, so the photographer shooting the session is usually the one who has to market it too.
Your galleries, published on a schedule.
Which kind of photographer are you?
A studio with a space, staff and repeat portrait clients, and a freelance photographer who shoots on location, both sell from a portfolio that has to stay current. Pick yours.
Photography use cases
Four jobs the platform runs on a photography account, most of them built from work already delivered.
Gallery Stories
One session per post, told with the client's permission.
Session Pages
A page for each kind of session you sell, written for the searches clients make.
Booking Windows
Mini sessions, seasonal dates and open weekends, announced early.
Client Follow Up
Gallery delivery, print reminders and the review request.
Other event and creative businesses we set up differently
Photographers sit next to the videographers they often shoot beside and the planners who refer them.
Marketing by company size
The same platform, framed by how many shops, studios or crews you run, not by the date on the contract.
You have questions. We have answers.
What comes up on the first call with a photographer.
Instagram already shows my work. Why more?
Because many clients start with a search, not with Instagram. Someone typing a session type and a city finds pages, reviews and profiles. Blog posts built from your galleries answer that search with your photos.
Can I post client photos?
With permission, and your contract is the place to ask. The Knowledge base records which clients agreed, and drafts use only those galleries.
Does posting affect my copyright?
Posting does not give it away, but registration matters if someone copies your work. Under 17 U.S.C. 412, statutory damages and attorney's fees generally depend on registering before the infringement began or within three months of publication. Registration stays with you; Flo does not file it.
How often should a photographer post?
Many aim for several posts a week in season, which is easier when each gallery yields five. Flo drafts them from the session, so the week is planned before it starts.
