AI marketing for boutique lodging businesses
People book an inn for the owner's breakfast, the room with the clawfoot tub and the feeling of staying somewhere with a story. Flo tells that story, so the right guests find it.
Boutique lodging sells an experience no chain can copy. It is a small audience that loves what you do, and it has to find you among thousands of listings.
Written for the story behind the stay.
Which kind of inn are you?

Marketing by company size
The same platform, framed by how many properties, vehicles or venues you run, not by what guests come for.
You have questions. We have answers.
What comes up on the first call with an inn.
Does the FTC fee rule apply to inns?
Yes. The rule names inns in its definition of short-term lodging, so cleaning or service fees that guests must pay belong in the total price you advertise.
Do ADA rules apply to a small inn?
It depends on size. An inn with no more than five rooms for rent, where the owner lives, falls outside the ADA's definition of a place of lodging. Larger inns are covered. Check with counsel for your property.
How do we bring guests back?
Remember them. A note on their anniversary, a seasonal invitation and a direct booking link give past guests an easy way to plan a return.
What content works for an inn?
The rooms, the breakfast, the grounds and the town. Guests book the experience they can picture.
