AI marketing for hotels and resorts
Every booking that comes through an online travel agency pays a commission. Every guest who books direct next time is margin you keep. Flo writes the content that gives a one-time guest a reason and a link to book direct next time.
A hotel sells the same room to strangers and to people who have stayed before. The second group is cheaper to reach, more loyal and usually ignored after checkout.
Written for the next stay, booked direct.
Which kind of hotel business are you?
A flagged hotel run under a brand, an independent hotel with its own name and a hotelier running a smaller property themselves all compete with the booking sites for their own guests. Pick yours.
Hotel use cases
Four jobs the platform runs on a hotel account, most of them after the first stay.
Book Direct Next Time
A note after checkout with a reason to book on your own site.
Local Reasons To Visit
Events, seasons and neighborhood guides written for guests who have stayed before.
Show The Total Price
Rates that include mandatory fees, as the FTC rule requires.
Every Review Answered
On every platform, because future guests read the replies.
Other travel and hospitality businesses we set up differently
Hotels sit next to the other places guests book a stay.
Marketing by company size
The same platform, framed by how many properties, vehicles or venues you run, not by what guests come for.
You have questions. We have answers.
What comes up on the first call with a hotel.
How do we get more direct bookings?
Stay in touch with past guests. A note after checkout, a reason to come back and a link to book on your own site give a past guest a direct way to return.
Do resort fees have to be in the advertised price?
Yes. Since 12 May 2025, the FTC rule on unfair or deceptive fees requires short-term lodging to show the total price, including mandatory fees, more prominently than other pricing. The FTC's own example is a mandatory resort fee that must be in the nightly total.
What content works for a hotel?
Local reasons to visit: events, neighborhoods, restaurants and seasons. Guests choose a destination first and a hotel second.
Do reviews matter?
A great deal. Guests read the most recent reviews and the replies, especially about cleanliness and noise.
