AI marketing for event venues
Event planners shortlist venues from photos, capacity charts and how quickly someone answered. The venue with the best room often loses to the one with the best reply. Flo writes the replies, the pages and the proof.
Event venues sell a date and a room. Planners book months ahead, compare several options and choose the venue that made their job easiest.

How do planners choose a venue?
Capacity, layout, date availability, price and how quickly the venue responded. A clear page on each, and fast replies, put you on the shortlist.
Are there rules on reviews?
Yes. The FTC's rule on consumer reviews, in effect since October 2024, bans fake reviews and suppressing negative ones. Ask every client for an honest review and show them all.
Does the FTC fee rule apply to venue rentals?
The fee rule covers live-event tickets and short-term lodging. If you sell tickets to live events, totals must include mandatory fees. Private venue rentals are not named in the rule.
What content works for venues?
Real events, set up and full of people. Planners want to picture their own.
