How do I connect Follow Up Boss to MoFlo?
From inside MoMail, click "Connect an email platform" and choose Follow Up Boss. You will be prompted to enter your Follow Up Boss API key, which you can find in your FUB account settings under Admin > API. The whole process takes under two minutes.
Where does MoFlo send the email draft in Follow Up Boss?
MoFlo pushes the email into your Follow Up Boss account as a draft. From there you can assign it to a contact, add it to a sequence, or send it as a broadcast to a list — all from inside FUB using your existing workflow.
Does MoFlo access my Follow Up Boss contact data?
No. MoFlo does not read, import, or sync your FUB contacts. MoFlo only writes email drafts into your FUB account. Contact selection and list management happen entirely inside Follow Up Boss.
Can I turn off Flo's daily email drafts?
Yes. Configure topics, change settings by day of the week, turn off specific days, or turn daily drafting off entirely from MoMail settings. You can still create emails manually on the MoMail Create page any time.
Can I connect more than one Follow Up Boss account?
Not at this time. MoMail supports one Follow Up Boss account per MoFlo Cloud account.
Can I use Follow Up Boss alongside another email platform in MoMail?
Yes. MoMail supports connections to multiple email platforms simultaneously. If you use Follow Up Boss for your pipeline and another platform for newsletters, you can push different emails to different destinations.
Does the Follow Up Boss integration cost extra?
No. The Follow Up Boss integration is included with all paid MoFlo plans.
Can I disconnect Follow Up Boss later?
Yes. Disconnect from inside MoFlo Cloud at any time, or revoke the API key from inside Follow Up Boss under Admin > API. Emails already sent remain in place in FUB.
