AI marketing for events and creative services solo operators

A solo photographer, planner, DJ or florist is the product, the salesperson and the person loading the car at midnight. Flo drafts your posts, recap blogs, inquiry emails and Google review replies in your voice, and leaves each one for you to approve between shoots, gigs and consultations.

Clients book a person for these jobs, so the feed has to sound like the person who will actually show up.

For one person running the camera, the booth or the bench

56.1%

of the 16,900 US jobs for DJs outside radio were self-employed in 20251

34.7%

You have questions. We have answers.

What solo event and creative pros ask first.

Most of my work comes from planner and venue referrals. Is posting worth it?

Referrals send people to look you up, and a planner who recommends you wants the client to find something current. A recent recap from a venue they know is what they find when they look you up.

Will it sound like me or like a template?

It drafts from your Knowledge base, which holds how you describe your style, your packages and your clients. You edit the first drafts heavily and the later ones lightly, and adding what you changed to the Knowledge base brings later drafts closer.

I cannot share every client's photos. What does Flo post then?

Plenty that is not a gallery: how a timeline comes together, what to ask a vendor, a look at the gear or the cooler, a tip for a venue you work often. You decide what is shareable, and nothing goes out without your approval.

Does it help in the off season?

It is a good time to use it, because you finally have the hours to approve a month at once, and the feed stays current while next year's clients look around.
