AI marketing for chiropractic practices
Medicare pays you for exactly one thing and will not pay for the exam, the x-ray or the therapy around it. Flo writes the content that explains your fees before a patient is surprised by them.
Almost every billing complaint in this trade traces back to somebody assuming their coverage worked differently.
Written for a practice that explains itself.
Which chiropractic business are you?
A chain running clinics across several markets, an independent clinic with associates, and a chiropractor working alone all face the same explanation problem and solve it at different scales. Pick the one that matches what you run.
Chiropractic use cases
Four jobs the platform runs on a chiropractic account, starting with the conversation people dread having.
Explain Coverage First
What Medicare and commercial plans actually pay, before the first invoice.
Describe What Happens
The first visit, step by step, for somebody who has never been adjusted.
Bring Patients Back
Care plans that lapse at visit four, which is most of them.
Replies That Name Nobody
A review answered without confirming anyone was ever a patient here.
Other medical and dental practices we set up differently
Chiropractic sits next to the other practices selling a course of care rather than a single visit.
Marketing by company size
The same platform, framed by how many locations you run, not by what you treat.
You have questions. We have answers.
What comes up on the first call with a chiropractic practice.
Why lead with insurance instead of results?
Because that is where the trust breaks. Medicare Part B covers manual manipulation of the spine and nothing else a chiropractor orders, including the x-rays, and a patient who learns that from an invoice tells everyone. One who learns it from your website does not.
New patients arrive unsure about the whole thing.
Which is normal and is answered with description, not persuasion. What the first visit involves, what the sound is, what you will and will not do on day one. Curiosity is easier to satisfy than skepticism is to argue with.
Patients stop coming after a few visits.
Almost all of them do, usually once the acute pain has gone. Content and email between visits give a patient something to read about the care plan, and nobody in this trade sends any.
Is it worth addressing what chiropractic does not treat?
It is one of the most credible things you can publish. A practice that is specific about where it helps and where it refers out shows readers exactly what it treats, unlike one making broad claims.
