AI marketing for business brokerage networks
Multiples differ by market and by industry, and a national valuation page cannot say anything true. Flo drafts per office on the deals that actually happen there.
MoFlo holds the network as one brand with every office underneath it, each on its own schedule and settings.
Per office, on that market's deals.
Valuation is local, and your pages are not
A restaurant sells at a different multiple in different markets and an owner searching what is my business worth wants a number that relates to their own town. National content hedges, says nothing about a specific town, and leaves that search to whichever local broker bothered to write about it.
Valuation Content Must Be Local
The defining search in this market, answerable only per office.
Offices Publish Nothing
Brokers who joined for a brand and got no content with it.
Buyer Side Neglected
Half the market, largely unmarketed across the network.
Regulatory Position Confused
Federal exemption and state licensing explained inconsistently.
Four apps, one network, every office
Flo drafts per location on your standard, and nothing publishes until you approve it.
MoSocialPer Office Calendars
A calendar per market, on the businesses that actually trade there.
MoBlogsWhat It Sells For Here
Local multiples and conditions, which is the search that matters.
MoMailSellers And Buyers
Two lists, both long-cycle, worked identically in every office.
MoReviewsReplies In Brand Voice
Answered per office, without confirming any engagement.
What it publishes across the brokerage year
Built from when owners actually decide to sell.
- Jan to Mar
New Year Decisions
Owners who spent the holidays deciding they are done.
- Apr to Jun
Listing Season
Financials current and the businesses coming to market.
- Jul to Aug
Buyer Activity
The other side of the market, which needs its own content.
- Sep to Dec
Year End Deals
Closings timed to a tax year and next year's pipeline.
What MoFlo accounts in other industries have measured
Other professional services firms we set up differently
An independent brokerage and a main street broker run different setups, so they do not get this page.
Marketing by company size
The same platform, framed by how many people bill, not by what you advise on.
You have questions. We have answers.
The five that come up before a brokerage network signs.
Can a national brand rank for valuation searches?
Not really, which is the whole problem. An owner wants a multiple for their industry in their market, so the content has to be written per office, and that is exactly what a network is structurally able to do and rarely does.
Our offices explain regulation differently.
Which is worth fixing. The federal M&A broker exemption removes SEC registration for qualifying brokers and changes nothing about state licensing, and a network where each office improvises that explanation is inviting a bad conversation.
Buyers get almost no attention.
They are half the market and the cheaper half to reach. Content aimed at somebody looking to buy a business builds a buyer list you can show sellers.
Brokers will not produce content.
They will approve it between calls. That distinction is why brokerage network sites are mostly listing feeds with nothing else on them.
How is a brokerage network priced?
MoMail is $79/mo and MoReviews $99/mo. MoSocial and MoBlogs are $149/mo each, and all four together are $299/mo, free for a week, no contract. A brokerage network runs as one account, with every office underneath it on its own schedule and settings.
