AI marketing for main street brokers
You close maybe eight deals a year and each listing takes months to win. Flo keeps you visible to the owners who will list in eighteen months.
A main street broker's pipeline is a list of people who have not decided yet, and it only exists if somebody is talking to them.
A week of drafts, approved between calls.
Eight deals a year, each one months to win
Winning a listing takes a relationship that started long before the owner was ready, and losing one costs a quarter. Working alone means every hour spent prospecting is an hour not spent closing, which is why most brokers only market when a deal falls through.

The five that come up before a main street broker signs.
How do I win listings earlier?
By being useful before there is anything to win. An owner who has read your piece on cleaning up their books two years before a sale thinks of you as the person who told them that, which is a far better position than arriving with a listing agreement.
Accountants send me most of my work.
And they are worth contacting deliberately rather than hoping. A short note explaining what you look for in a sellable business helps them advise their own clients, which is the version of this that actually gets read.
I stop marketing when I have a deal.
Everybody does, and that is exactly why the pipeline empties the month after a closing. Approving drafts is the only version that keeps running while you are in due diligence.
Does the federal exemption apply to my deals?
Probably comfortably within the size limits, if the conduct conditions are met, though it removes only SEC registration and leaves state licensing in place. Worth understanding before you describe how you are regulated.
What does it cost working alone?
MoMail is $79/mo and MoReviews $99/mo. MoSocial and MoBlogs are $149/mo each, and everything together is $299/mo, no contract and no setup fee. The free week runs on the listings already on your books.
