AI marketing for RIAs and insurance producers
You have been allowed to publish client testimonials, with the required disclosures, since the marketing rule took effect in 2021, and compliance has been mandatory since November 2022. Flo writes the content that uses the rule you were given four years ago.
An entire profession was handed a marketing tool and mostly left it in the box, which means it is still an advantage.
Your own book, built in public.
Four years of an unused permission
The rule changed, the profession noticed, and then almost everybody carried on exactly as before because the conditions looked like work. The conditions are three disclosures and an oversight process, and the advisers who actually did it are not competing with anybody.
A Rule Nobody Uses
Testimonials permitted under the marketing rule, mandatory since November 2022.

What MoFlo accounts in other industries have measured
Other professional services firms we set up differently
A captive network and a staffed agency run different setups, so they do not get this page.
Marketing by company size
The same platform, framed by how many people bill, not by what you advise on.
You have questions. We have answers.
The five that come up before an adviser or producer signs.
Should I actually use testimonials?
If you are SEC-registered and you can meet the conditions, it is the least contested marketing advantage in your profession right now. Three clear and prominent disclosures plus oversight, and most of your competitors have not bothered.
What are the three disclosures?
Whether the person is a current client, whether they were compensated in any form, and any material conflict arising from their relationship with you. Clear and prominent, not buried in a footer.
I only do insurance, not advisory.
Then the marketing rule is not your rule set. State insurance regulation governs your advertising, which varies by state and is a genuinely different framework, so do not borrow an adviser's disclosure language and assume it covers you.
My book comes entirely from referrals.
Which caps growth at the rate other people happen to mention you. Content is how somebody finds you during a life event without needing a mutual acquaintance to be in the room.
What does it cost working alone?
MoMail is $79/mo and MoReviews $99/mo. MoSocial and MoBlogs are $149/mo each, and everything together is $299/mo, no contract and no setup fee. The free week runs on the client conversations already in your calendar.
