DisclosureMoFlo publishes this list and is one of the tools on it. It is ranked on the same factors as every other tool, and where scores tie it is listed first.
How we rankedEvents and creative services tools from our research that win or answer inquiries and have a confirmed price on the vendor's own page, plus MoFlo. Only two of them make marketing content; the rest are client management tools that handle inquiries. Tools are ranked on a score out of 10 that reflects the price on the vendor's own page, contract terms and fees, the marketing jobs covered, how much of the work the tool does, entry cost and setup effort, plus fit for the industry.

What matters for event businesses
Weddings and events are booked from inquiries, and couples often contact several vendors at once. The first reply that is quick, personal and clear about price tends to win. That is why tools that handle inquiries rank alongside tools that make content in this list.
Only two tools here make marketing content: PosterMyWall Events, which designs and posts event promotion, and MoFlo. Wedy Pro answers and follows up inquiries with AI. Studio Ninja, Dubsado, HoneyBook and 17hats are client management tools: they turn an inquiry into a proposal, a contract and an invoice, but they do not bring the inquiry in.
Most event businesses need one of each kind. A content tool keeps your portfolio in front of people between seasons, and a client tool makes sure every inquiry that arrives gets a fast, complete answer. Price the pair together. Studio Ninja at $16 a month plus a content tool is often cheaper than a single all-in-one plan that does both jobs less well.
If you shoot photos, the AI budget in this industry often goes to editing. Photo editing tools save hours in post-production but do not market the business, so budget for them separately.
