What matters for agents
Real estate content has rules other industries do not. Listing posts need accurate details, market posts need current data, and brokerages often require compliance on every asset. Tools built for this, with market data, listing workflows and brokerage tools, fit best.
The second thing to weigh is who the content belongs to. Keeping Current Matters and Roomvu supply shared, branded market content, which is trusted and quick but looks similar across every agent who uses it. Tools that write from your own listings and your own voice take more setup and sound more like you.
Video is where the category splits. Roomvu, Trolto and Syllaby make video; most other tools here do not. If video is how you win listings, weight those three. If you mainly need steady posts, blogs and review replies, a broader tool will cover more for the same money.
Finally, check the per-agent maths for teams. Rejig.AI lists $100 per agent a month before brokerage discounts, and Keeping Current Matters is sold per agent. A team of five pays five times. Flat plans such as RealEstateContent.ai and Write.Homes's team tier change that sum.
