AI marketing for window and door businesses
Three dealers in your market sell the same manufacturer's line, and the federal credit that carried the efficiency pitch closed at the end of 2025. Flo writes the argument that works without it.
When the product is identical the only remaining variable is the installation, and nobody markets installation.
Written for dealers selling the same line as everyone else.
How do you win with the same product?
On the install and on the ratings nobody explains. A window is only as good as the opening it goes into, and the NFRC numbers on the sticker are the one objective comparison available to a homeowner. Both of those are yours to publish and almost nobody does. The specifics are unglamorous.
Window & Door Brands
Multi-market operators and franchised dealer groups across several regions.
Open โWindow & Door Dealers
Independent dealers carrying a manufacturer's line with their own install crews.
Open โWindow Installers
Independent installers working for dealers, builders and direct clients.
Open โWindow and door use cases
Four jobs the platform runs on a dealer account, built for a market where the product is identical.
Explain The Label
U-factor and SHGC mean nothing to a homeowner and decide everything about comfort.
Show The Install
Flashing, shimming and sealing, which is the only variable you actually control.
Life After The Credit
The efficiency case without a federal credit, which most of the market has not rewritten.
Review Replies
Answer every review, especially about a lead time or a service call on a warranty.
Other home improvement trades we set up differently
Window and door dealers compete against other dealers carrying the very same product.
Marketing by company size
The same platform, framed by how many crews you run, not by what you install.
You have questions. We have answers.
What comes up on the first call with a window and door business.
Three of us sell the same windows. What is left?
The opening. Flashing, shimming, insulating and sealing decide whether the window performs anything like its rating, and it is the only part of the transaction that is actually yours.
The tax credit is gone. Does the efficiency pitch still work?
It works on comfort and bills rather than on a rebate. The credit closed for anything placed in service after 31 December 2025, and a dealer still quoting it is going to be caught out.
Should we explain the NFRC label?
It is the easiest authority content in this trade. Homeowners see a sticker with numbers on it and no idea which direction is better, and the dealer who explains it becomes the informed one.
Lead times cause most of our complaints.
Publish them. A customer told at the point of sale that a custom unit takes ten weeks plans around it. One who finds out in week eight assumes you were hiding it.
